Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch): Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

COD Orders: For COD orders, refusal to accept the package may result in restrictions on future orders.

Prepaid Orders: Cancellation requests for prepaid orders must be raised within the allowed 12-hour window. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
