  • Defective/Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, kindly inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
